Khambhat is also know as Sthambhan Tirth. It is famous pilgrimage place for JAINS. Out of the 108 idols of Lord Parshwanath 3 are from Khambhat.

Who We Are

Shree Khambhat Jain Visha Shrimali Pragati Mandal, Mumbai, is a vibrant community of members originally from Khambhat (Gujarat) and belonging to the Jain Visha Shrimali Gyati.

Our members are spread across Western, Harbour, Central Lines. Today, we represent around 600 families with nearly 2,700 members living in Mumbai and its suburbs.

Over the years, the Mandal has expanded its activities in education, healthcare, and relief to the underprivileged, making a meaningful impact across these areas.

With the active involvement of the younger generation, our initiatives are growing stronger.

With continued unity and support, we believe the Mandal can achieve even greater milestones in the years to come.
